Ice creams ,chocolates, cakes, pizza, burgers, and other craving stuff!, those food that we usually eat nowadays, but did you know, that eating lots of this can also cause  an unhealthy lifestyle?, learn how to care yourself is not bad, ofcourse it is necessary for us to make ourselves feel better, but the truth is,  when can you say that youre feeling better? ofcourse, it is if you had a healthy mind , body and living, now i suggest to get through all of these, you should know how to eat a healthy foods  first, and know its importance.


Eating healthy can help you prevent disease. A nutritious, well-balanced diet along with physical activity and refraining from smoking  is the foundation of good health. Healthy eating includes consuming high-quality proteins, carbohydrates, heart-healthy fats, vitamins, minerals and water in the foods you take in while minimizing processed foods, saturated fats and alcohol. Eating in this manner helps you maintain your body is everyday functions, promotes optimal body weight and can assist in disease prevention.


  For childrens A diet full of vitamin- and mineral-rich produce, lean protein, low-fat dairy and whole grains helps a school-age child grow up healthy, happy and strong – but it’s not always easy to get that child to eat the foods best for him. Additionally, making sure school-aged children eat properly isn’t just about a picky child not touching his vegetables – food insecurity, meaning knowing where the next meal is coming from, strikes one in four children in the United States, says the Children's Defense Fund, and that can cause a bevy of issues for a child as well.


 For the last Here's the most important of all  you need to know, regarding about a healthy eating, there are five important factors of eating healthy, first is Portion control- this will help you to enjoy any foods that you love,especially in a helthier way, through this you can get the right amount of nutrients to each meal by dividing your plate into quarters.One quarter of the plate should be complex carbohydrates, like pasta or potatoes. One quarter should be meat or another protein and the rest should be devoted to vegetables. the second one is the Fruits and Vegetables Fruits and vegetables are loaded with vitamins, antioxidants, fiber and minerals but contain few calories. Making fruits and veggies part of your regular diet can reduce the risk of developing certain chronic diseases, like cancer, and provides your body with nutrients that are essential for good health. Plant foods are also filling because of their high fiber content, so they stave off hunger and reduce the temptation to binge eat later. the third is whole grains  eating whilograins , like pasta brown rice and oatmeal can lower your risk of developing certain cronic diseases. another one  factor is Limitingfat- certain of fat should be avoided like saturated fat that come from animal sources, on the other hand  monounsaturated fat and polyunsaturated fat should be consumed, sources includes nuts, fish, seeds, olive oil and avocado. last but not the least, is the Limiting processed foods , that increases the risk of developing stroke or coronary heart disease.  well i think it will  help you a lot to improve your eating habit and make a better incentives for yourselves. Note that eating healthy can lead you to a very good lifestyle and  especially enjoy  your  long life!.
